These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuildStation, operated at buildstation.in ("Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
BuildStation is a technology platform that enables building material manufacturers to manage their authorised dealer networks, and enables dealers to update and display their stock and pricing to buyers. BuildStation is a platform intermediary — we are not a buyer, seller, manufacturer, or distributor, and we are not a party to any transaction that takes place between users of the Platform.
The Platform is available to:
You must be at least 18 years of age and acting on behalf of a legitimate business to register as a manufacturer or dealer. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Dealers may join the Platform only through an invitation from a registered manufacturer, or via a group invite link shared by a manufacturer. By accepting an invitation, you consent to the manufacturer viewing your stock levels, pricing, contact details, and activity on the Platform.
A manufacturer may remove a dealer from their network at any time. Removal from a manufacturer's network does not delete your BuildStation account.

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
Stock quantities and prices displayed on BuildStation are entered by dealers and are not verified by us. BuildStation makes no warranty that the information displayed is accurate, complete, or current at the time a buyer views it.
Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of stock and pricing information they enter. BuildStation is not liable for any loss suffered by a buyer or manufacturer due to inaccurate stock information.
Prices displayed on BuildStation include GST as entered by the distributor. BuildStation does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for the accuracy of GST calculations or rates entered by users. Each user is solely responsible for their own GST compliance and filings.
BuildStation does not share any user data — including GSTIN, stock quantities, or transaction information — with tax authorities unless compelled by a valid court order under Indian law.
The BuildStation name, logo, platform design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you enter on the Platform (your stock information, business details, etc.). By entering this data, you grant us a limited licence to display and process it for the purpose of operating the Platform.
BuildStation is a platform intermediary under the Information Technology Act 2000. We facilitate connections between manufacturers, distributors, and buyers but are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dispute between them.
Specifically, BuildStation:
Any contract for sale of goods is solely between the buyer and dealer, or manufacturer and dealer. BuildStation has no role in fulfilling, verifying, or guaranteeing such contracts.
We aim to keep BuildStation available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Platform offline for maintenance, updates, or in response to security issues.
We are not liable for any unavailability or loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of Firebase, Vercel, internet infrastructure, power outages, cyberattacks, or acts of God.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BuildStation and its operators shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BuildStation in the three months preceding the claim. As BuildStation is currently free to use, this effectively means our liability is nil except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or use the Platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform. We will attempt to give you notice before termination except in cases of serious violation.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To request account deletion, email us at tarunkmg07@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of BuildStation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
